Pony rides consist of about 10 staff-led laps around the arena, making them a fun addition to any visit to the petting zoo. In addition to pony rides, we also offer riding lessons for those interested in learning more about horseback riding.

The petting zoo features a variety of animals to pet and feed treats to, and visitors can also enjoy pony rides and riding lessons!

Typically suited for younger or nervous riders, our riding lessons include a riding instructor who will always have the horse on a lead rope or lunge line during the lesson. For our younger riders, this experience is split between learning from the ground and on horseback, followed by fun interactions at our petting zoo, which includes playing with farm animals and enjoying pony rides.

A private lesson offers individual instruction designed to help riders build a solid foundation of riding skills and horse knowledge, much like the fun and learning found in petting zoos or during pony rides!

Scout groups will be divided into smaller teams to rotate among activities, including pony rides, a ground lesson focused on horse care, a visit to our petting zoo, and a fun craft session.

We offer a variety of experiences, including a barn setting, petting zoo animals, and exciting pony rides. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us. We may also be able to accommodate special requests. For groups larger than 15 people, please contact us for pricing options, including riding lessons.
